Compensation & Benefits:
° Base salary plus commission.

° This is a Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Must be willing and able to work some evenings/weekends as needed to support client events and travel schedule.
Qualifications:
° Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new account acquisition.
° Strong ability to prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
° Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
° Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
° Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
° Experience using CRM tools and other sales technology.
° Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the designated territory.
° Ability to help advise spa clients and effectively promote and sell retail
° Team Player
° Ability to work independently from home office in an efficient and results oriented manner.
° Demonstrate excellent work ethic and professional standards.
